A:  Main Material of Good after nine jewellery has a base metal of brass and is plated in either 18K gold , Pink gold , 
Rhodium and Black Rhodium with variety of finishing.

Q:  Are Animals ring from GOOD AFTER NINE made from ceramic?

A:  No, They made from brass hand painted and coated with high-quality special technique enamel .

Q:  Can animals ring from  GOOD AFTER NINE  break?

A:  No, our rings were made from brass. It can not be  broken.
 However, our jewellery had been coated with enamel, strong and direct impact may cause cracks on the coating.

Q:  Can the colour plated be peeled off?

A:  Our jewellery had gone through plating process, therefore no materials can be peeled off. Anyhow, colour may be faded depending on frequencies, perspiration and the  exposure to alkaline or acidity.

Q:  Can I order custom jewellery of my pet breed?

A:  Yes ,our custom jewellery starts from 3000 USD per piece. Price are determined by difficulties of your design.

Q:  What can I do if my finger turned green after wearing the brass base?

A:  Different people have different susceptibility to brass reaction. Sweat is the main cause for reaction with brass causing your finger to turn green.
 It is neither toxic nor permanent.

A:  Shipping cost start 10 USD all over the world for the first item. Order over 200 USD shipping cost 5 USD
Free worldwide shipping on orders over 300 USD.

Q: What happens if I’m not in to sign for it?
A: Delivery service should leave you call, card or send you a text message to you. You can then arrange a redelivery or collection. Keep an eye on your tracking info and they should update this page with any relevant information. If a redelivery or collection is not arranged it will be returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage will have to be paid.
