Returns and Exchanges
We strive to give you the best quality and guarantee the quality craftsmanship of all our jewellery. Anyway If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately send us e-mail : email@example.com within 5 day after the package arrived, so we can reach a resolution together. Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis with an attached Photo. - Replacements/Exchanges may be authorized with further instructions from our stuffs.
All Jewellery are handmade, so please have reasonable expectations - every handmade item is quirky and unique, which makes it special. We do our best to represent all jewellery as accurately as possible with images.
All items are carefully packaged before they are shipped. Jewellery is boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap. If your item is somehow damaged in transit, please contact me so we can find a solution. Please provide an image of the damaged item.
Refund will be provide after receiving the undamaged item. Shipping costs are on buyer's responsibility. We do not pay for returns shipping back to GOOD AFTER NINE
Customers will be credited in full product price, minus all shipping charges.
All custom jewellery ( Custom color and ring size ) are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded and exchanged.
