We strive to give you the best quality and guarantee the quality craftsmanship of all our jewellery. Anyway If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately send us e-mail : info@goodafternine.com within 5 day after the package arrived, so we can reach a resolution together. Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis with an attached Photo. - Replacements/Exchanges may be authorized with further instructions from our teams.

 

All Jewellery are handmade, so please have reasonable expectations - every handmade item is quirky and unique, which makes it special. We do our best to represent all jewellery as accurately as possible with images.

Refunds

 

All items are carefully packaged before they are shipped. Jewellery is boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap. If your item is somehow damaged in transit, please contact me so we can find a solution. Please provide an image of the damaged item.

Refund will be provide after receiving the undamaged item. Shipping costs are on buyer's responsibility. We do not pay for returns shipping back to GOODAFTERNINE

Customers will be credited in full product price, minus all shipping charges.
The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable.

Repair - LIFETIME WARRANTY

Quality is important to us. We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of all jewellery. 

Repair: GOODAFTERNINE will cover any repair fees and will responsible for Airmail shipping fees back to you. The shipping fees to us is your responsibility.
- Plating fade.
- Chip the enamel.
